Provision of digital services for user management and physical activity / health

SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. offers technological services through its platforms www.suiff.com and www.suiffland.net, which enable professionals (healthcare providers or fitness centers) to manage users, patients, or clients, as well as to record and analyze data related to physical activity and, where applicable, health data.

Depending on the service used, the following categories of data may be processed:

Identifying data: first name, last name.
Contact data: email address, phone number.
Physical and health data: weight, height, and other data necessary for the activity or treatment.
Activity data: strength, speed, distance traveled, repetitions, and similar metrics.
Platform usage data.

Purpose of processing:

To enable access to and use of the platform.
To manage user registration.
To facilitate tracking of the activity or treatment.
To enable interaction with professionals or sports centers.
To ensure the proper functioning of the service

Data sharing:

In the case of the suiffland.net service, the data will be processed jointly by SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. and the sports center, acting as joint data controllers; this relationship does not constitute a transfer of data.

In the case of registration through sports centers, these centers may enter data via enabled systems (API), acting as data controllers.

Role of SUIFF:

SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. acts in different roles depending on the service used:

In the service provided through www.suiff.com, SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. acts as a data processor, processing personal data on behalf of the professionals who use the platform, who are the data controllers.
In the service provided through www.suiffland.net, SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. acts as a joint data controller together with the corresponding sports center, jointly determining the purposes and means of processing users’ personal data.

In the latter case, both parties have established their respective responsibilities regarding compliance with the obligations arising from data protection regulations.

Except in the cases described above, no data will be transferred to third parties.

Joint Control of Processing

In cases where joint control applies (suiffland.net service), SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. and the sports center jointly determine the purposes and means of processing.

Both parties have established a joint responsibility agreement that regulates their respective obligations regarding compliance with data protection regulations, including the exercise of rights by users and the provision of information required by law.

The user may exercise their rights equally against either of the jointly responsible parties.

The essential content of the joint controller agreement may be requested through the channels indicated in this policy.

Retention:

The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the applicable legal retention periods.

Data Export:

The SUIFF app allows users to export certain information and data in formats such as PDF, CSV, or other similar formats. Once the export has been completed and the files have been downloaded by the user, SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. shall not be responsible for the storage, processing, custody, disclosure, loss, unauthorized access, or any other use that the user or third parties may make of such files outside the Platform.

The user shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations regarding data protection, confidentiality, and information security in relation to the exported data, as well as for adopting the necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or processing.

SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. shall not assume any liability for any damages, losses, claims, or penalties arising from the improper use, sharing, processing, or storage of the data once it has been exported outside the app, except in those cases where liability is legally required under the applicable laws and regulations.

Realization and management of the contracted service and invoicing

Without the requested data it will not be possible to carry out the service.

The personal data, as well as those related to the service will be kept in our files for the time necessary to be able to make effective the guarantee of the service provided (5 years).

The data relating to the invoicing of the service will be kept in our files for the time necessary to comply with the legal and fiscal obligations applicable to the services provided by SUIFF Interactive Technology, S.L. (5 years + current year).

With regard to this data processing, you may, if you consider it necessary, exercise the following rights:

Of rectification in case you consider that the data are not correct or because they have changed (for example, your contact details).

Editing Queries

Personal and contact data, images, will be kept in our files for the time necessary to carry out the requested management.

Quality Service
