Fitter, your request has been heard! A 3-month Full Body training program is now available in the SUIFF app: the most complete training! The FULL BODY program is specially designed to tone you whatever your physical condition as it prioritizes poly-articular exercises (that is, those that involve more than one joint) global: squat, deadlift or push and pull with the bar. The FULL BODY training program is perfect to improve strength and muscle tone as a complement to our usual training or to achieve a more toned body. In addition, it is a perfect option for people who are new to exercising and do not want to invest more than 2 or 3 days of training a week. The FULL BODY program not only provides a complete workout in each session but is also structured in different phases over 12 weeks to ensure a real benefit in your physical condition.
Phase 1: Prepare your body
Phase 1 involves making contact with the program and presents a combination of global exercises to improve strength. The objective is to offer you a training proposal that allows you to get into the practice of training, doing half-hour sessions anywhere. It is organized in a circuit and it is recommended to do it for 3 or 4 weeks. In this phase you will feel better and with more energy.
Phase 2: Increase the level
Phase 2 allows an evolution to present a more demanding training, of longer duration and that presents a greater dose of effort. With this template we allow to continue increasing the strength levels without increasing the time of the sessions. It is still a circuit proposal and in the same way as phase 1 it is proposed to last 3-4 weeks.
FINAL PHASE: Tone up
The last phase of the program increases its duration to 30 'and is structured in series, proposing a training routine based on global and poly-articular exercises that focus on gaining general strength throughout the body for 3 or 4 weeks. more.
