Use this resistant band in exercises that involve a single articulation in small muscles (eg biceps-triceps) For exercises that involve more than one articulation use a higher level of resistant band.

Advanced

Use this elastic for complex exercises involving global movements, such as jumps, planks with movement of limbs, etc. as a reference level to improve the technique, do a warm-up ... etc
